What is the Process?
At Housechoice we focus on efficiency, not just for the energy in your home but your customer experience too.
Consultation
On receipt of your request to quote, we would contact you to book a FREE consultation. We will discuss your specific needs so that the system we quote is bespoke for you. This will include a quotation with an estimated figure for your savings and benefits.
Technical Survey
If you feel you would benefit from the solar system we have proposed and are happy with the quote, the next step is to have a technical survey which will be an onsite visit by an engineer, at a time to suit you. This helps us mitigate any issues prior to install.
Final Quote
Our head consultant will then follow up within 1 week of your technical survey to confirm and finalise the proposed system, your final quotation and estimated savings and benefits.
After Care
Should you have any questions after your install then our after care team are always on hand to help.
Installation
Our team of friendly engineers will visit your home to install your chosen products and explain how to operate the system.
Instruction
If you choose to instruct House Choice, then you will receive a contract to be signed. Once received our team will make contact to book in your installation dates.
