How We Work

Surveys

We have a dedicated survey hotline which is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to book in surveys with us allowing for fast, efficient, concise survey appointments anywhere in the country. The surveyor will attend the property to check the feasibility of the installation and will consequently flag up any potential problems, fundamentally enabling us to overcome and deal with these prior to the day on installation. The surveyors will fill out a product specific survey form, copies of which can be forwarded along with photographs to match the documentation. They will also agree on locations, the positioning of the router system and the layout of the pipework. Upon completion of the survey, the surveyor will then phone to arrange an installation date, confirmation of which is emailed to the agreed distribution list.

Installation

Your customer will be phoned on the night before the installation to confirm the appointment and then again the following morning to inform the customer on the engineers time of arrival. All systems are completed in one - two days with all the required trade being on site together. Each installer is equipped with the survey form to follow the plans and requirements on the surveyor, also equipped with the commissioning sheets, customer feedback and customer satisfaction forms. All the forms are then signed upon completion of the installation accompanied by pictures of the engineers finished product and diary of the day’s work.

Payments

Upon completion of the installation, commissioning and explaining of the system, the engineers will ask for a full settlement in accordance with your contractual terms. This will then be banked for you into your company account within a 48-hour period. Following this we will then finally send over a banking receipt along with our invoice and copies of the signed documentation and photos of the finished installation.

Customer Service & Aftercare

We have customer service agent’s available day and night 7 days a week, of which clients will have been left with by the engineers to relinquish you of having to deal with any customer queries or service calls. House Choice also provide you with a 1 year workman ship guarantee (2 years guarantee for Solar PV). Standards are a huge deal for our company so to ensure these are met, we send out an inspector 6-8 weeks after every installation to check the completed work and confirm that everything is working well and the customer is happy.
